[問題] 藍莓果醬煮成麥芽糖有救嗎?orz
藍莓600G+黑糖305G+檸檬 一直煮
本來預期應該要變成藍莓醬的 結果水分好像煮得太乾變成藍莓麥芽糖了
請問 現在該怎麼救呢?
雖然也很好吃啦 可是我怕吐司跟藍莓麥芽糖不熟
有解決的方法嗎? 謝謝
P.S.:目前已裝瓶 也抽真空了.........orz
