[問題] 做芋圓只用20%的粉夠嗎?
其實我之前有自己做過芋圓
但我的粉量是用生芋頭重量的1/2重
也就是芋頭100G~地瓜粉(樹薯粉)50G
再加上適量的糖和水,揉成團..
再煮一些些的粉糰,和其他粉糰揉勻..
變得很Q很好吃..(我有分享食譜)
可今天想嘗試周老師的配方(做法一樣,配方不一樣)
周老師說粉量最多用20G..
我做起來後,完完全全不Q,是軟的
我還有泡冰塊水~一樣是軟的~
這是因為粉量太少嗎?
有人做過周老師的配方,跟我一樣問題的嗎= =?
不夠Q(是完全沒Q)的芋圓...真的不是很好吃>"<!!!
