[問題] 超甜的烏骨雞湯怎麼再利用!?
今日買了外頭的烏骨雞湯,
因為湯實在是太甜了,
故把肉都吃光光了還剩一大堆湯,
覺得倒掉很浪費,想先冰起來隔日再煮。
不知各位高手會怎麼再料理這些湯呢~
加點水跟鹽巴下去不知道味道會不會奇怪???
