[問題] 關於紅酒醋保存和食用時機
大家好
我有一罐從義大利帶回來的醋
標籤上寫 "Aceto balsamico di modena .IGP."

請教各位二個問題︰
(1) 如果早餐要用土司或麵包沾這個醋來食用,會不會對胃不好?(酸的關係)
(2) 今天拆封了,保存方式需要放入冰箱嗎?或是室溫即可?
