剛剛逛部落格看到有人分享怎麼做
可是他提到馬鈴薯洗淨之後不削皮泡冷水下去煮
原因是馬鈴薯會越煮越縮水
那到底最後要不要削皮??
等他煮軟了才削不會很難削嗎?
還是就不削皮了 直接壓成泥呢?
