[問題] 現有食材要怎麼煮義大利麵呢?
目前有的材料有
橄欖油.黑胡椒(罐子可磨碎).粗海鹽(罐子可磨碎).
紅酒.Barilla百味來直細麵500g.番紅花.洋蔥一顆.蒜頭
(Casa rinaldi凱薩)羅勒番茄麵醬

精選番茄,特級橄欖油,洋蔥,羅勒,胡蘿蔔,鹽
因為我看到大部分的版友分享的是自己煮的肉醬.或是搭配番茄糊的
沒甚麼看到像我這種已經加了一些材料進去的醬
對於西式料理我是新手
怕第一次煮的 男友以後再也不想吃
再麻煩大家指導一下囉
2人吃.但不用太多..(總共大概像義麵坊1份半左右即可)
如果要煮肉醬的話
1.需要什麼材料
2.我知道要有絞肉.去傳統市場買還是超市比較適合呢?
3.麵及肉(如果還需要加上洋蔥及蕃茄)各需要多少份量呢?
4.煮麵時熱水:鹽=1000:10g 請問10g的鹽大概是幾匙?(以鹽巴匙來計算的話)
另外如果煮雞肉蕃茄口味的話
材料要怎麼做替換呢?
