[問題] 滷肉忘了先川燙
如題,
周末在市場買了一塊五花肉,很開心的想要弄滷肉。
加了豆乾、蛋、玉米筍下去滷,調味是屏科大薄鹽醬油、蔥、薑、蒜。
放下電鍋二十多分鐘後,才想到我忘了先把肉川燙/煎過。
請問這樣還能補救嗎?
看著那鍋食物有夠沮喪……
