[問題] 海鮮燉飯裡的"番紅花"用途?
最近偶爾在家自己煮食,
翻閱食譜的時候常常看到西班牙海鮮燉飯裡面會加番紅花,
上來板上查詢之後只知道番紅花的味道是"像漂白水的味道"(?)
不然就是看到可以用薑黃代替的答案...
只是我還是很疑惑,如果不加番紅花的話口感上會有甚麼差別嗎?
