最近入手了ikea的鐵鑄鍋,想從冬天開始朝料理的階梯邁進一步..
昨天做完養鍋程序後,
今天才正式使用.
剛開始煮咖哩一切正常,清洗也ok(用海綿,未加清潔劑),
接下來試煎從網路上學到的印度餅.
查網路上的資料有說煎的時候不用放油,直接把麵團放入鍋內就好~
照做之後,就眼睜睜地看著鍋子一直黑了起來....@@
一直被家中長輩唸:你的鍋子要放油,不然鍋子會壞掉....(無限循環)>"<~~~
請教有經驗的高手們,這是真的嗎?
一共就弄了個那麼兩小片餅,鍋子黑到不行!
加上被長輩一直唸...覺得很煩~
竟然在最後清洗的時候,
為了試圖把黑黑的顏色去掉,用了小蘇打+溫水+不銹鋼刷去刷鍋子!!!!!
而且懊惱到忘了把它擦乾!!
幾分鐘後想到趕快去擦乾時,抹下去的衛生紙起來已經都是繡漬了(棕色的那種顏色)
天哪!!!!!
我新買的鍋還有救嗎??
