最近做涼拌冬粉,和以前一樣,拌了麻油醬油糖或韓式辣醬
冬粉剛撈起來,前三秒還正常,三秒後很快就黏在一起
不論是趁熱吃、或者涼拌冷了吃,不論加多少麻油或熱水
最後就是一團糊在一起
想請問板友這是什麼問題呢?
是在水裡煮太久嗎?或者還有什麼其他方法?謝謝大家
