[問題] 包水餃的內餡
原po的長輩喜歡吃水餃 但怕肉腥味以
及完全不能吃海鮮
所以想包高麗菜水餃給阿嬤品嘗
原po打算肉餡要先炒過將腥味去除
之前只有包過生的餡料
換成熟的 反而不知道該怎麼準備
高麗菜還是要放鹽逼出水下去炒嗎?
肉還要加鹽巴打拋把彈性逼出來嗎?
還是直接用紅蔥頭下去炒肉餡+高麗菜即可
很想讓高齡的長輩能夠吃的開心
