幾天前朋友送了一大包的話梅(或宴席會吃到的紹興梅)
喝了幾天的熱水泡成的酸梅汁,突然覺得很膩了
也不方便買紹興酒...
爬文看到的酸梅好像多半是釀酒青梅或黑色的話梅,
很不想把這包話梅就此塵封在櫃子深處...
不知道這些話梅要怎麼處理?有什麼相關的料理或飲品嗎?謝謝大家:)
