[問題] 請教如何煮好吃的草魚湯?
我來請教各位高手關於草魚煮湯的秘訣~
在我家的失敗案例如下
超市買了草魚肉二片
每片都約7*15cm,包含魚背和魚腹,只有一邊有魚皮
擔心切太小塊,肉會散,所以就整片下去煮
湯裡食材包含︰
洋蔥切片
蕃茄切片
薑片少許
鹽巴少許
米酒少許
結果,清淡口味的風格不受家人青睞,說是魚肉沒味道...哭哭 T_T
我想除了魚肉可能真的沒切而太大塊、不容易入味之外,
搭配的食材可能也挑錯了...
請問草魚煮湯,
不走砂鍋魚頭那種豪華風(其實我也不會煮)
如何簡單料理湯頭比較好?
和哪些食材比較搭呢?
把蕃茄換成泡菜好嗎?
