[問題] 請教如何把菜煮成湯塊?
今日的聯合報有一篇文章「超級阿嬤好教養 78歲日本人來取經」

裡面提到:

很吸引我的注意,因為我是外食族,長期下來變的肥胖不健康,
雖常到市場買一堆青菜回家,卻是煮一兩次就懶得弄而導致每次都丟棄一堆腐爛的青菜,
看到這則新聞,想請教各位烹調高手,
如何把一堆菜一口氣煮成湯塊呢?謝謝!
