[問題] 能夠代替澱粉類又有飽足感的食材?
是這樣的......
前幾天去醫院檢查
醫生說我的胰島素指數飆高
除了吃藥
希望我盡量控制飲食
零食、含糖的食物盡量不吃
澱粉類食物也在他的名單內 .....
這樣米飯、麵食、麵包.....我都不能吃了啊><
醫生是說"盡量"
但沒吃澱粉類感覺好像沒吃飽?
想請教板友有什麼食材吃起來比較有飽足感的?
我目前只想到蒟蒻、燕麥....之類的
因為平常也有在下廚
希望有比較多的意見可以讓我煮飯時較有變化
才不會吃膩....

我就想說那就吃少一點 其他就用非澱粉類代替~

我剛剛有去搜尋一下關於高胰島素的相關資料
看了以後還蠻讓我驚訝的....
有文章提到 很多人從小就有高胰島素
高胰島素的人會不自覺想要吃"三高"的食物
因此導致肥胖
除了肥胖還會使排卵不正常 進而不孕...
在飲食控制上正如某些版友說的
要多吃低 GI的食物(也可以稱為低胰島素的食物)
少吃精緻澱粉 , 全麥、糙米是可以的...
如果胰島素控制得宜
食慾會自然的降低 比較不想吃所謂三高的食品
自然而就會瘦下來...
不瞞各位版友...
我是因為結婚兩年尚未懷孕才會去看醫生
(結婚後胖太多...經期也變得超不正常...)
經抽血才發現胰島素過高...
醫生叫我乖乖吃藥
自然就會瘦...排卵也會漸漸正常
當時我還想說哪有這麼好的藥
可以懷孕還可以減肥?!
(不過才吃藥第二天 感覺食慾似乎有比較低..)
看了一些資料才瞭解
有興趣的版友可以估一下
