[問題] 關於自製泡菜
打算明天買顆白菜來做泡菜
有爬文了也請教過身旁朋友
爬板上文章得知泡菜有分自然發酵跟加醋發酵
朋友是建議我加糯米醋和其他糖及辣醬後再放進冰箱
想請問若是不加糯米醋改用養樂多代替是否適合
然後加入辣醬及調味料後,一定要放冰箱等發酵嗎??或是常溫放幾天即可食用
白菜是用大白菜或天津白菜較好?或二者皆可??
