[問題] 奶油菠菜濃湯有結塊
今天做了奶油菠菜濃湯
我用奶油炒香 蒜碎和洋蔥後 沒有月桂葉
所以加入costco買的有機無鹽綜合香料
然後加入麵粉 炒一下
再加高湯和牛奶
然後一直攪拌
可是麵粉結塊很難散
最後加入菠菜汁
攪到我手都酸了 還是有小小結塊
請問一下 有人知道問題出在哪? ^^"
