[問題] 純巧克力塊的比例
各位好
不好意思一直發問,但是因為不知道怎麼查才好
前一陣子去烘培展買了一公斤的巧克力
買回來加熱融化以後,突然變成乾乾的一坨
一時也不知道怎麼辦只好把煮好的糖水倒進去
後來因為手邊有牛奶也加進去,吃起來也滿好吃的
不過做巧克力蛋糕還稍嫌不夠甜
想問問有沒有人知道調這種巧克力除了糖跟牛奶,還能加什麼 ?
有沒什麼固定的比例會比較好 (因為我那天是亂加的...)
