[問題] 請幫我發想無奶無蛋無麵粉的點心
我兒子對牛奶,蛋白和麵粉都過敏
所以外面的點心幾乎沒有可以吃的orz
但他越來越大,現在很多小朋友的聚會
人家都在吃餅乾蛋糕,也很多人會拿零食給他吃
雖然他自己知道不能吃會拒絕
可是看他淚眼汪汪看著別人吃餅乾我真的很難過
我會準備布丁(用蛋黃和母奶做的)或甜湯或果醬或冰淇淋(山藥混合酪梨澆果醬做的)
但是他是坐著用湯匙吃點心,別人是走來走去分食點心
我也很想給他一點能夠用手拿著就能吃,可以和別人分享的點心
我在廚房實在沒有太多的才華,想亂亂做都不知道從何開始
我想總之應該是先入手一台烤箱吧
然後洋芋片應該是個選項,除了馬鈴薯外,山藥或地瓜或牛蒡也許都來試著烤烤看
水果或菇類也試著看能不能烤出香菇酥跟水果乾
米飯磨泥烤一烤是不是就能變仙貝呢
不用奶蛋麵粉,能做出餅乾蛋糕嗎?
我不奢求能夠做出巧克力布朗尼,但香蕉蛋糕,胡蘿蔔蛋糕之類的
是否有可能呢?
我想也許可以用酪梨取代奶油
我知道在來米粉,糯米粉,蕃薯粉等粉類都缺乏筋性
但如果用某些比例混合的話,是否有可能做出類似麵粉的脆度呢?
有人做過類似這方面的嘗試嗎?
或是可以請大家幫我發想看看食譜,我嘗試看看呢?
