[問題] 米酒可以用高粱代替嗎?
目前要做肉燥~ 看板上爬文有人用米酒代替水來煮
以往都是加水去煮 想嘗試看看
手邊有一罐大高梁酒(38度人家送的) 想說用一罐米酒在加大概半罐米酒瓶高梁下去煮
不曉得這樣會不會醉? 或是很難吃之類的...
(PS:本身不喝酒或是灌香腸..也不想跟人家換)
高梁可以怎麼消耗在煮菜呢??
