[問題] 請問怎麼炸才會樣這樣?
吃過這樣子的杏鮑菇 也吃過炸物類似的口感跟厚度
始終不知道要怎麼炸才能厚厚的一層可是卻很脆呢?

鹽 冰糖 醬油 烏醋 香油 五香粉 肉桂粉都加了 還是少了一種香氣
