[問題] 螃蟹先蒸再剁來炒?
要眼睜睜的用筷子插入螃蟹的嘴巴實在有點不忍
但如果是用滾水燙熟或蒸熟就完全大丈夫
可是預計買個幾隻跟朋友大快朵頤
如果都用蒸的又怕吃膩
才想到如果蒸熟後再炒
會不會讓肉縮水太多? 不然還有其他不用親手殺螃蟹的吃法嗎?
