[問題] 杏鮑菇該如何保存?
以前住家裡的時候
媽媽到市場上買到新鮮的杏鮑菇
保持乾燥放在冰箱都能放2個星期左右
現在自己住外面
也用媽媽的方法保存
但是有的時候杏鮑菇才放2、3天
竟然放霉了 = =
或者是外面有一層白白的東西
不知道是不是我的保存方法有問題?
(買回來用紙巾擦乾 放入保鮮盒後,放在冰箱的底層)
我的冰箱是有冷凍庫的那種中型冰箱,也可以冷凍水餃
應該不是冷度不足的問題 :(
想請問應該要怎麼做 才可以讓杏鮑菇保存的比較久?
p.s.杏鮑菇的新鮮度應該是沒問題 我都挑色澤跟彈性都很新鮮的 @@
