我手邊正好有咖哩粉,想要稍微用來醃一下雞肉。
是要
1.先把雞肉燙過去血水再用咖哩粉醃,再去煎
2.還是說可以直接用咖哩粉醃再煎,省去燙的步驟。
醃的時候我可能會略略加酒吧。
