[問題] 鬆餅麵糊的保存方法?
我在做生意,所以每次配鬆餅糊的時候都會配大約五~六份
一開始配好的時候黏稠度是剛剛好的
接著就會放到冰箱,等有人點的時候再拿出來
可是我發現冰過之後會變得越來越黏稠
到最後幾乎倒不出來,甚至要加牛奶再重新打勻才倒得出來
請問要怎麼保持剛調好時的黏稠度呢?
