[問題] 蘿蔔排骨湯的排骨有腥味
人在美國
昨天到華人超市買了中排骨一串 白蘿蔔 菇類 香菜 白菜
打算做排骨湯
剛剛打開生排骨的時候 就傳出一股濃濃腥味
有點驚慌 因為以前買都沒注意過這種味道
回想昨天在肉櫃此串肉串看起來不甚新鮮的模樣 (疑心病起)
突然腦中開始幻想是否買到病死豬-_- (因為友人常在我耳邊碎念說不放心華人超市
的肉品品質等等...)
不過因為很想喝湯不想改變計畫 還是繼續川燙了切塊的排骨
(問: 川燙是等水滾了把肉丟進去 然後要等它再度滾再把水倒掉嗎?還是讓它被熱水
燙過一下 就可以撈起來了?)
接著繼續加料
但沿途還是一直覺得排骨有豬臭味
剛剛加了少許米酒 想說看能不能調味....
目前還在滾煮中...
現在對這排骨有種不信任的感覺....請教鄉民意見 買來的生豬排骨有味道是正常的嗎?
