[問題] 關於打水
大家好 最近有個打水的問題想請教大家
以往包水餃前都是韭菜和絞肉混合之後打水
可是最近發現有的作法是絞肉先打水再加韭菜
因為有時候照我以往的順序
水餃包到後來鍋子裡都會有一些湯汁留下來
所以想問問看是不是這種方法比較不好?
大家都是用哪一種方法呢?
