我想要滷或炒五花肉
從市場買回來一大塊,那我是要先切塊嗎?
但是因為是生的軟軟的不好切
但是如果我先燙過,那這樣我再用醬油滷會好嘛?
炒五花肉不是應該先醃嘛?
那我也是要硬著頭皮在生的時候切片嘛???
