[心得] 壓馬鈴薯泥的省錢方法~磨泥板
最近開始做馬鈴薯泥
我用電鍋蒸完後,
一開始笨笨的切碎用湯匙壓,
壓到手很酸還是不像外面賣的泥狀
後來也嘗試過篩網,還是很不好用,
可能是篩網太軟,
又或是我把馬鈴薯切碎了,湯匙壓的很不給力
我後來就拿在磨泥板,就是在磨蘿蔔泥和蒜泥的那種
一個很便宜才30還40元
蒸完的的馬鈴薯不切就直接磨,
磨出來的馬鈴薯泥蠻細的,
而且水煮蛋也可以用這磨,但切記小力一點
然後因為馬鈴薯有點乾,
所以我就磨小黃瓜泥進去,出一點水比較好拌勻
再拌美乃滋的時候就不會結塊
變成蔬菜馬鈴薯泥了XD
不過過程有點慢,我是邊看電視慢慢半就是了,
如果沒有果汁機還是貴貴的馬鈴薯專用壓泥器,可以考慮這招喔
或是篩網硬的也可以磨磨看
