[問題] 做泡菜 大白菜要洗嗎??
想請問各位高手...
我最近要做泡菜
但是朋友說大白菜洗了會有水 做泡菜容易發霉或壞掉
但不洗不會很不衛生嗎???
想請問有做過泡菜的各位
如果是去一般傳統市場買的大白菜
到底要不要洗?? 如果要洗要怎麼讓他不會有生水在上面???
如果放隔夜 又怕大白菜水份會流失 做泡菜會不脆不好吃....
好兩難....

洗衣袋裝用洗衣機脫水...真是好方法耶!!
但是會不會更容易有細菌呀 (洗衣機不是很髒嗎 = =?)
因為搜尋到前幾篇泡菜文有肉毒桿菌中毒的疑慮 ...
是要做來送親友吃的
