[問題] 杏鮑菇 用電鍋料理
原po很愛吃杏鮑菇
用炒的口感Q香彈牙 超級好吃
但是現在住在沒有廚房的小套房
而且只有電鍋
但是我發現用蒸的 杏鮑菇沒有那麼好吃耶
甚至有的時候口感一點都不Q
然後用蒸的菇味會很明顯
我可以確定杏鮑菇非常的新鮮
(買的時候有注意到彈性跟有無酸味 外觀也無異狀)
不知道用電鍋處理杏鮑菇時
可以怎麼樣的調味或處理 會比較好吃呢?
