[問題] 太甜的葡萄酒的入菜方式
家裡買了好些太甜的葡萄酒
不知道太甜的葡萄酒可以應用在哪些料理上呢~?
甜鹹都可!
我有拿來煮蕃茄肉醬,煮下來整體偏甜,但味道還ok
另外我想拿來滷肉類應該也還可以吧~
是不是還可以應用在其他的料理或是點心類呢?
有版友可以分享心得嗎~~~~感謝^^
