[問題] 煮泡麵
平常都是用泡的
但今天颱風天..已經先準備青江菜,蛋來用,只好用煮的
請問一下煮法是這樣嗎?
1.適量的水煮滾
2.丟麵
3.調味粉
4.丟菜,丟雞蛋
中午這樣煮的時候..丟雞蛋時整個蛋花散開了
沒有像一般鍋燒面那種,看的出來是一顆包著蛋黃的蛋
是因為先加了調味粉..導致水不夠熱?
