[問題] 請問厚漢堡肉如何煎透裡面
想自製外面非連鎖速食店的厚漢堡肉來做漢堡
但是肉厚的話 常常會外焦內心不熟
外面餐廳的似乎不會有這困擾
想問問是不是有什麼撇步(先蒸再煎?)
還是火力的問題
