[問題] 驚!豆漿加糖居然凝固了...
挑戰自製豆漿 一切都很順利 一直到煮沸我開始加糖
把家裡僅剩的白糖紅糖都各加一點
因為剩了很多黑糖 就大量倒入
本來很正常的豆漿裡 居然出現大量的渣 然後 越來越多越來越堅固...
就很像大量煮肉火鍋裡會出現的灰色的渣
吃起來像蛋白泡
我的豆漿 慢慢的 越來越像黑糖水........
豆漿加黑糖是禁忌嗎!? 這一大鍋 要怎麼辦阿.....
