[問題] 肉類去血水
我們買回來的肉啊不是都會先川燙去血水
有2個問題想要請問一下大家
1.是水滾了之後才放肉進去??還是水開始加熱就要放肉了??
2.那川燙的這鍋水是要倒掉嗎??還是把雜質撈一撈就拿來煮湯??
