[問題] 麵線怎麼拌才不會乾乾的?
麵線大家都說拌一拌就好吃
可是每次做乾拌麵線總是不盡人意,無法像外頭一樣有點潤澤但湯汁又不過多
我的經驗是常常糊成一糰,如果湯汁或水弄的多一些,麵線就會吸水而膨脹
沒有條條分明的口感,到底外面羊肉爐做的麻油乾麵線怎嚜弄得呢?
很想做出好吃的麻油乾麵線阿!!
