[問題] 請問鴨醃得太鹹補救方式
心血來潮做油封鴨
可能是醃完後水沖洗不夠...
今天吃口感整個太鹹
我爬文~有人說可以用冷水沖?<不過他得回答不是針對鴨>
請問有沒有版友能教教我該怎辦
難道剩下得鴨腿只能拿去炒菜用了?? > <"
