最近去大創新入手一個玉子燒煎鍋
今天照著板上的食譜做
我的材料是:
蛋三顆
糖、鹽、柴魚高湯、一點點醋
煎起來是很漂亮,但是試了味道之後,發現它是柔軟的千層煎蛋啊啊啊啊
沒有壽司店那種好吃的味道,
而且壽司店的好像是一整塊,不是像我煎起來一層一層
(攪拌的時候我也是用夾的,沒有整個打散)
請問板上的高手,要怎麼樣才能做出壽司店那種整塊多汁好吃的玉子燒呢?
默默吃掉三顆蛋,肚子好飽/___\
不知道有沒有什麼訣竅,謝謝大家喔!
