[問題] 帶骨? 牛小排 要全熟不能帶血?
請問煎或烤牛小排大約要間或烤到什麼程度?
我上網查到的食譜有的是說牛小排一定要全熟不能帶血
有的是說不能煎到全熟
請問有經驗的板友是怎樣料理的
