[問題] 煎漢堡肉
大家好
我想詢問一下
之前我把包剩的水餃餡加碎洋蔥跟太白粉下去煎...
結果整個"雕鼎"..變成炒肉燥.
可以請問一下是要先炸過嗎,還是整個做法本身就有問題
懇請指教
