家裡有一包燒酒雞藥包
興沖沖的到超市買了一隻全雞
結果回來查食譜發現要先下鍋炒過 >"<
因為家裡沒有大菜刀所以沒辦法把全雞分屍...
想請問如果沒有經過爆香的步驟
直接把全雞+藥包+酒丟到電鍋裡燉煮
味道會不會差很多呀??
另外我這邊也沒有老薑
如果起鍋前丟薑粉可以嗎
