[問題] 為何我煮的壽喜燒湯汁有苦味?
今天煮壽喜燒,先炒洋蔥、大白菜,醬汁用大把的柴魚+米酒(多)+醬油(中等)
+味淋(少許)+水(多),比例上並不是很精確,就大約。
吃起來有點苦味,不知是柴魚太多還是米酒太多造成的?
