[問題] 焗烤起司不牽絲
試做焗烤義大利麵
步驟
1.絞肉+高麗菜+洋蔥煮熟
2.倒入義大利麵醬
3.將1.2.道入煮熟的義大利麵中拌勻
4.鋪起司→開始烤到有點焦的顏色
不過卻出現了起司不會牽絲的問題
想請問有經驗的人,有沒有什麼情況會造成起司不牽絲?
(ex.醬料太濕?)
