最近一直想嘗試煮出溏心蛋
試了兩三次後...
成功的煮出溏心蛋了
但是...好醜QQ
因為蛋殼好難撥
撥完後蛋白都坑坑疤疤的
看起來一點都不好吃
我是一煮好後就拿到冷水下沖
然後在泡到但完全變冷後才撥
在泡的時候有先將蛋殼敲破
但還是很難撥
裡面那層薄膜跟蛋白黏的緊緊的
想請問大家
還有沒有什麼方法可以讓蛋白好撥一點呢?
