[問題] 洗米的秘訣
對於傳統的中華料理來說,洗米似乎是個很重要的步驟
除了動作輕之外不知道有沒有什麼秘訣或重要注意事項?
再來我有個疑惑困擾我很就了,就是洗米到底要洗什麼?我之前洗米
除了洗米水混之外也沒看到什麼髒東西,所以洗米的目的到底是什麼?
