[問題] 要怎麼煮出粒粒分明的米飯呢
買了一台日製的象牌電子鍋
也照內鍋的刻度放水 不管是標準規格或較軟的模式煮飯
但煮出來的飯就是沒有粒粒分明的口感 不管是白飯或糙米都不成功-_-
聽人說米飯煮前要先浸泡
可是賣電子鍋的小姐說 不管是甚麼米 都不用泡 直接煮
請問有在用電子鍋的人
要怎麼樣才能煮出像日式豬排店那麼好吃的白飯呢
