[問題] 麻油雞酒味太重可以點火燒嗎?
今天買半隻雞要燒麻油雞,準備晚上冷氣團來的時候可以吃
(不過現在還是好熱阿,有點窘...)
我只加600ml的台糖米酒,對了1000ml的水,
小火滾一小時後酒味還是有點重,喝一小口頭有點暈@@
現在不想顧火把他先移到燜燒鍋去了
我記得以前在電視上看過,酒味重可以點火把酒精燒掉,
火會在鍋子裡面燃燒一陣子,覺得還滿酷的
可是我沒有點過,覺得挺害怕的,又是瓦斯爐,又是油,又點火的....
請問這是很需要技巧的事,還是隨便人都可以做?
這樣問好像有點白吃,可是我真的不敢隨便嘗試,把房東的房子壞就死定了
有人可以教我怎麼點火嗎?
比如說,下面瓦斯爐一樣要開著嗎?用打火機點一下就可以嗎?
來個好心人告訴我詳細的步驟吧,感激不盡!
