[問題] 煎牛排用的平底鍋之選擇...
您好:
今天去 cosco 買了 choice 的紐約克牛排,回到家尋找既有的平底鍋,
看著上面的說明,優點是甚麼不沾、聚熱快、易翻動brabra,而僅有的
一個缺點是:"忌乾烤空燒",一整個冏,因為我看板上的文章,有提及
平底鍋需要要預熱,再加上紐約克可以不加油的情況下去煎,似乎我不
適合用現有的平底鍋,在這邊想請教一下,我應該選擇何種平底鍋才可?
