[問題] 牛腩燉不爛 (beef flank是巴掌肉?)
我人在國外
在華人超市買了牛腩(上面寫beef flank)
想來做紅燒牛腩
結果我前一晚用電鍋燉了兩次
隔天也燉了兩次
每次大約都有半小時
可是牛腩就是不爛阿!!!!好硬
害我弟弟一點都不賞臉
結果都是我自己把它解決掉
肥肉都長到我身上啦T.T
到底為什麼它不爛
難道beef flank不是牛腩????
還是我切塊的紋理不對,這樣也有差嗎???
